Job Title: Skilled Spa Services Provider

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide a variety of spa services, including body treatments, massages, facials, waxing, and other related services.
  • Maintain equipment and sample inventory of products.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and client file management.
  • Upkeep a clean and well-stocked room.
  • Offer exceptional customer service, addressing queries, needs, and expectations efficiently.
  • Recommend and promote retail products or additional services.
  • Adhere to hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the administration team on any arising issues.
  • Stay updated on market trends and apply best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Spa Therapist.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in massage techniques, waxing, and face/body therapies.
  • Sales experience will be considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team are crucial.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays is required.
