Job Title: Spa Therapist


We are seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to provide high-quality spa services to our clients.

This includes performing different types of massages, beauty treatments, and wellness therapies. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining detailed records of massages, treatments, and therapies performed on each spa guest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate records of spa services provided.
  • Communicating with guests during treatments to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any guest complaints in a professional manner.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, treatment rooms, and equipment after each use.
  • Ensuring that the spa is adequately stocked with supplies and reporting shortages to management.
  • Enquiring about guests' medical conditions and allergies before providing services.

Requirements:

  • Possessing an ITEC/WSQ certificate or massage certification.
  • Able to commit to working weekends and public holidays.
  • Available to work a 6-day week schedule.
  • Having a minimum of 3 years' experience in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrating a pleasant personality and strong work ethic.
