We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our frontline team at Gardens by the Bay.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be able to work well in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable with long standing hours.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly assistance and information to visitors
- Ensure smooth ticketing and admission checks
- Respond to incidents, accidents, and emergencies
- Support events and programmes on-site
- Help with crowd control to ensure smooth guest flow
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Patient and customer-focused approach
- Proficient in using technology
- Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with long standing hours
- Must adhere to grooming standards
This role may involve working in environments with heights, enclosed or dark spaces, outdoor exposure to sun, presence of pollen, and large crowds.
Candidates should be comfortable with such conditions.
Working Details:
- Shifts: 8 to 12 hours between 8:30 AM – 9:30 PM
- Able to commit at least 3 days/week including weekends
- Able to commit for at least 3 months
