Job Description

Our organisation is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Service & Cuisine Preparation Staff. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play an integral role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

You will be responsible for assisting in preparing traditional Peranakan dishes, including kueh, sambal, curries, and daily specials. You will also support chefs with ingredient preparation, provide excellent customer service, uphold food safety and hygiene standards, and assist with festive events and Tok Panjang banquets.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in Peranakan cooking and service. We offer a competitive salary package, on-the-job training, career development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.

Requirements

  • Interest in Peranakan cuisine and culture (training will be provided).
  • Basic kitchen or F&B service experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while paying attention to detail.
  • Team player with a positive, service-oriented attitude.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays.
