Our team is seeking a highly motivated and organized Culinary Ambassador to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our organization, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing top-notch service.
About the Role:This is a hands-on opportunity to work in a fast-paced culinary environment where no two days are ever the same. As a Culinary Ambassador, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has an exceptional dining experience. This includes greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and ensuring that food is prepared to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome customers when they arrive and ensure they feel welcome throughout their meal.
- Maintain familiarity with menu items and brand information to answer customer questions and provide recommendations.
- Ensure proper hygiene as prescribed in company guidelines and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Understand and adhere to proper food handling, food safety, and sanitation standards during food preparation, serving, and cleaning up.
- Ensure proper uniform, punctuality, and grooming according to company policy and standard.
- Eye for details and ability to multitask.
- Fun and energetic personality with a positive attitude to serve with customer delight.
- Ability to remain composed and work under pressure – specifically during busy dining periods.
- Must have the ability to work overtime, on special events, weekends, and Public Holidays when needed.
