Role Overview:

As a key team member, you will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable dining experience for every guest. Your role will involve welcoming customers, introducing them to our menu, and taking orders with ease. You will be the face of our establishment, representing our brand values of passion, quality, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests warmly and ensure they feel at ease.
  • Introduce menus and make recommendations based on your knowledge of our offerings.
  • Maintain accurate information about our menu items and brand standards.
  • Ensure proper hygiene and adherence to safety protocols at all times.
  • Understand and implement food handling and sanitation procedures during preparation, service, and clean-up.
  • Adhere to uniform guidelines, punctuality, and grooming standards.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, using our POS system for processing and transfer to the kitchen.
  • Confirm reservations and collect food orders from the kitchen for verification.
  • Process payments promptly and professionally.
  • Anticipate and resolve customer concerns in a proactive and professional manner.
