Job Title

We are looking for a Commis Cook who is passionate about delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences that reflect our hotel's focus on quality and creativity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the kitchen in preparing consistent, high-quality food products and providing excellent service to our guests.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have basic culinary skills, simple spoken and written English, good hygiene knowledge, and a can-do attitude. Additionally, you should be able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree or diploma in Culinary or Hospitality Management
  • No prior experience necessary, but 1 year of work experience as Commis in a hotel or restaurant with good standards is an advantage
  • Basic Culinary skills
  • Simple spoken and written English
  • Good hygiene knowledge
  • Well-groomed and a can-do attitude
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
