Job Summary:
Provide administrative and customer support to Sales Department, by coordinating sales-related activities, maintaining client relationships, and helping organize events and group bookings. They serve as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and other hotel departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient operations.

Provide administrative and customer support to Sales Department, by coordinating sales-related activities, maintaining client relationships, and helping organize events and group bookings. They serve as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and other hotel departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient operations.
Responsibilities
Assist salespersons with preparing contracts and Group Event documentation.
Monitor and update the various systems related to the Room Sales Department including SFA Web and Opera Sales & Catering to ensure accurate updates.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process.
Coordinate with hotel departments (e.g., front desk, housekeeping, catering, F&B) to ensure seamless event or group execution.
Ensure that the filing and archival of contracts, processing of reservations and new business opportunities are accurate and efficient.
Handle last-minute changes and troubleshoot any issues during Group Events.
Maintain client databases, generate sales reports, and any other ad-hoc reports as required.
Attend site inspections and entertainment when required.
Attend pre-conference meetings and oversee Group Event execution.
Be responsive to customer enquiries via email, calls, and on issued company mobile phone.
Perform other functions that may be required from time to time as required by the Management.
