About the job: We are seeking a seasoned Hub Spot CRM Specialist with 5 - 7 years of hands-on implementation experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing end-to-end CRM implementations and possess robust integration skills. This role requires a deep understanding of Hub Spot's CRM capabilities and the ability to tailor solutions to meet business needs. Key Responsibilities: CRM Implementationa. Lead and manage full-cycle Hub Spot CRM implementations, from requirement gathering to deployment.b. Customize and configure Hub Spot CRM to align with business processes and requirements.c. Ensure successful data migration, system integration, and user adoption. Integrationa. Design and implement integrations between Hub Spot CRM and other business systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation, customer support).b. Utilize APIs and third-party integration tools to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.c. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly. Process Optimizationa. Analyze existing business processes and recommend CRM best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.b. Develop and maintain workflows, automation rules, and data segmentation strategies within Hub Spot.c. Provide ongoing system improvements and support to adapt to evolving business needs. Reporting and Analyticsa. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide insights into sales, marketing, and customer service performance.b. Monitor CRM data quality and integrity, implementing data governance practices as needed. Requirements and Qualifications: 5 - 7 years of experience in CRM implementation, with a focus on Hub Spot. Proven track record of managing end-to-end CRM projects. Strong understanding of CRM best practices and business processes. Proficient in Hub Spot CRM customization, configuration, and administration. Hands-on experience with Hub Spot integrations, utilizing APIs and integration platforms (e.g., Zapier, Pie Sync, Dell Boomi). Solid understanding of data migration processes and tools. Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Experience with CRM reporting, analytics, and data visualization tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Hub Spot certifications in Implementation, Integration, and Sales Software. Experience with other CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus. Familiarity with marketing automation and customer support tools integrated with Hub Spot.
