We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Support Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating support operations, managing orders, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage support operations, including issue resolution, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
- Provide timely and effective communication with customers via phone and email.
- Manage orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accurate processing and prompt shipment.
- Liaise with suppliers and other departments to resolve queries and issues efficiently.
- Perform administrative tasks as required, such as data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a relevant field an asset.
- Proven experience in customer service, operations coordination, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with ability to learn new software quickly.
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Alternate Saturdays: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
