Responsibilities Revenue Growth Responsible for driving sales performance and accountable for meeting revenue, sales and profits targets set by the Company Customer Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business Inbound Sales Management Handle enquiries from customers through phone calls, emails and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner Follow up with new and existing customers through the entire sales cycle from pre-sales (quotations, orders and deliveries, etc) to post sales and identify any potential sales opportunities Proactively reach out to new and existing customers via phone calls and emails to provide support, identify needs and create sales opportunities Sales Execution Qualified leads provided by the Marketing Team and convert them into sales opportunities Collaboration Work closely with other team members to ensure cohesive execution of sales strategies and initiatives to achieve individual, team and departmental KPIs Reports and Administrative Matters Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information to aid management in their decision making Assist in filling in the questionnaire, surveys and accreditation forms required by customers Requirements Diploma in Business Administration / Marketing and other relevant fields At least 1-2 yrs of tele-sales experience (Not suitable: Outdoor sales)Comfortable with no commission role Results driven and self-motivated for new challenges Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills Team player with positive attitude and strong customer orientation Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce Experience in standard components in Mechanical, Electrical and Cutting tools will be advantageous Qualified or interested candidates, please submit your updated resume in MS format by using the Apply Now Button or email to irene.lee(at)cvistahr.com Candidates are also encouraged to contact our office where our approachable Consultants will address any inquiries and advise you with relation to this job advertisement.
