We are expanding our marketing team and are looking for a proactive and community-driven Community Manager to join our growing team. You'll play a pivotal role in nurturing our user base, managing our social communities, and bringing our brand to life across Telegram, TikTok, and Instagram. What You'll Be Doing Day-to-Day Community Engagement (Telegram)Monitor and respond to daily user questions, feedback, and issues on Telegram group and channel. Escalate complex issues to internal stakeholders (ops, product, marketing), track status, and follow up with users once resolved. Proactively seed discussions, share tips, or spark conversations when activity dips. Moderate discussions to maintain a respectful and positive tone in the community. Maintain a daily log of community sentiment, FAQ trends, and top issues to share with internal teams on a weekly basis. Community Activation & Campaigns (Telegram)Plan and run monthly mini-contests, quizzes, polls, AMAs, or giveaways to drive engagement and reward participation. Support large seasonal campaigns (e.g. SFF, upsized promos, product launches) with community-facing activities. Identify and collaborate with active community members to become super users or ambassadors. Track and report engagement metrics (active users, engagement rate, response time, contest participation). Social Content & Calendar (TikTok & Instagram)Support the marketing team in planning and scheduling social posts (product updates, educational content, UGC). Assist in managing content collaborations with KOLs or creators (e.g. ensuring HeyMax is tagged and credited). Reply to DMs and comments on TikTok and Instagram with timely and friendly responses. Repurpose Telegram success stories, tips, or FAQs into bite-sized social content. Internal Collaboration Liaise closely with the Marketing, Ops, and Product teams to align messaging and resolve user queries quickly. Be the community's voice internally to share feedback, insights, and early warnings on product sentiment or UX issues. Contribute to weekly marketing and product standups and contribute ideas to drive community growth and retention. What We're Looking For 1-2 years of experience in community management, social media, or communications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; clear, concise, and empathetic. Strong stakeholder management and ability to coordinate across multiple teams and follow through. Highly organized, responsive and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced startup environment. Passion for building communities and nurturing relationships with users. Bonus: Familiar with managing Telegram channels/communities and creating short-form content for TikTok/Instagram.
