About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an HR General Assistant. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing corporate invoices, travel arrangements, expense claims, and credit card expenses.

  • You will also assist with new hire onboarding, employee welfare coordination, email management, meeting room maintenance, contact list updates, event organization, pantry management, and equipment maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Human Resources functions, including airport pass applications, new hire onboarding, and employee welfare coordination.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as email management, meeting room maintenance, and contact list updates.
  • Provide general office support, including event organization, pantry management, and equipment maintenance.
  • Manage corporate invoices, travel arrangements, expense claims, and credit card expenses.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR support or office administration.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
