Overview As a Business Operations Executive, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Head of Department (HOD), supporting the development of a high-performing SMB team. We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage day-to-day operations, track performance metrics, and coordinate key initiatives. You will play a central role in ensuring smooth communication, timely execution, and operational efficiency across the department. Key Responsibilities Support the HOD in tracking and managing departmental KPIs and performance metrics. Act as a central liaison between the HOD and cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and effective coordination of initiatives. Monitor timelines, follow up on action items, and ensure projects and tasks are completed on schedule. Conduct basic data analysis to support reporting, performance reviews, and operational planning. Prepare high-quality reports, presentation slides, and meeting summaries for internal use. Drive process improvements and contribute to the streamlining of business operations. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Provide administrative support to the HOD and assist with departmental logistics. Perform general administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management. Requirements Proven experience in business operations, administrative support, or a related field. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline. Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills. Analytical mindset with working knowledge of Excel and basic reporting tools. Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
