1. To provide counselling interventions and clinical tasks to clients affected by mental health issues, and possibly their family members

2. To facilitate collaboration with stakeholders for the betterment of clients' well-being

3. To increase mental health literacy in the community through public education on mental health and do outreach programs

Roles and Responsibilities

A. Clinical

i. Provide therapeutic interventions to clients via face-to-face / online / phone / group work and other related programmes

ii. Conduct relevant assessments and care coordination service for client's well-being

iii.Adhere to professional code of conduct, ethics and values in services delivered

iv. Actively participate in the review of clinical issues, supervisions, trainings, case conferences to ensure quality of care for clients

v.Keep proper documentation and records promptly and safely

B. Program and Outreach

i.Organise community outreach events to equip public on topics of mental health and counselling interventions for young persons

ii.Design and prepare relevant publicity materials and activities

iii.Attend to enquires on mental health related needs at events

iv.Manage collaborative partnerships with community partners through relevant networking sessions, meetings and conferences

v.Represent the organisation on community talks, training programmes and discussions on advocating mental health needs and counselling interventions for young persons

C. Administration

i.Manage queries on phone, email, online, and face-to-face

ii.Maintain confidential documents within the Centre, in line with Data Protection requirements

iii.Keep up-to-date records of clinical service output and reports

iv.Attend all relevant department, staff training and agency meetings

D. Any other tasks assigned by Reporting Officer
