UOB Asset Management (UOBAM)
is a wholly owned subsidiary of United Overseas Bank. Headquartered in Singapore, UOBAM has grown extensively across Asia with local presence in Brunei, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam. Our network includes UOB Islamic Asset Management in Malaysia and a joint venture with China's Ping An Trust to form Ping An Fund Management Company. We have also forged a strategic alliance with Wellington Management Singapore.

Job Responsibilities
Actively participate and assist the intermediary sales team to develop the organisation's distribution strategy
Execute the intermediary distribution strategy in Singapore as part of group strategy
Drive sales, AUM and revenue growth for organisation's distribution business
Work independently to expand distribution network, deepen relationships and drive new sales flows
Work closely with Client Service team to deliver service excellence to clients and partners and to assist with customer due diligence to ensure fulfilment of regulatory obligations and relevant company policies
Work with Product Team to strategise on developing products suited for respective client segment(s)
Participate in external conferences and key client events.
Demonstrate strong investment knowledge and be the trusted advisor for clients
Share best practices within the team
Equip with knowledge on sales process and KYC / KYD / CDD procedures
Job Requirements
Degree qualification
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
The role requires strong motivation to drive sales growth, work independently while collaborating with team members
The role requires an understanding of the organisation structure and will be working closely with colleagues across the group.
The role must also establish close working relationships with key stakeholders in locally, regionally, and globally.
Require strong investment knowledge with deep understanding of financial markets to drive sales.
Manage time and priorities effectively to achieve business growth.
