The Role: Studio Manager

We are looking for a proactive, adaptable, and people-smart Studio Manager to run the daily operations of our neon art studio. This role is not just about managing schedules – it's about being passionate about working with kids, leading a team, keeping our studio smooth and joyful, and ensuring every guest leaves with a 5-star experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day studio operations

Train, schedule, and supervise staff

Handle customer service and resolve issues quickly with a smile

Ensure smooth running of parties, events, and walk-in sessions

Maintain studio standards, reviews, and customer satisfaction

Support admin tasks and studio communications

Anticipate problems, propose solutions, and keep the owner updated

Outcome

The studio should be able to self-run smoothly while maintaining 5-star reviews, allowing the founder to step back.

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves (non-negotiable):

At least 1 year of experience working directly with kids (not just assisting)

Previous management or leadership experience in a studio, center, or service environment

Able to work Saturdays and public holidays (core studio peak times)

Extremely reliable, responsible, and adaptable

Strong problem-solving and customer service skills

High energy, great with kids, and able to think on your feet

Core Qualities:

Smart, proactive, and calm under pressure

Strong people sense – able to read dynamics and lead naturally

Communicative, ethical, and teachable

Creative with solutions – doesn't just rely on the boss for answers

Analytical – reflects on mistakes and improves

Bonus:

Canva/basic design skills

Passion for kids, art, and building a fun studio culture

Compensation & Perks

$3,000/month before CPF

Minimum 2 year commitment period
