The Role: Studio Manager
We are looking for a proactive, adaptable, and people-smart Studio Manager to run the daily operations of our neon art studio. This role is not just about managing schedules - it's about leading a team, keeping our studio smooth and joyful, and ensuring every guest leaves with a 5-star experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day studio operations
  • Train, schedule, and supervise staff
  • Handle customer service and resolve issues quickly with a smile
  • Ensure smooth running of parties, events, and walk-in sessions
  • Maintain studio standards, reviews, and customer satisfaction
  • Support admin tasks and studio communications
  • Anticipate problems, propose solutions, and keep the owner updated
Outcome
The studio should be able to self-run smoothly while maintaining 5-star reviews, allowing the founder to step back.
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves (non-negotiable):
  • At least 1 year of experience working directly with kids (not just assisting)
  • Previous management or leadership experience in a studio, center, or service environment
  • Able to work Saturdays and public holidays (core studio peak times)
  • Extremely reliable, responsible, and adaptable
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
  • High energy, great with kids, and able to think on your feet
Core Qualities:
  • Smart, proactive, and calm under pressure
  • Strong people sense - able to read dynamics and lead naturally
  • Communicative, ethical, and teachable
  • Creative with solutions - doesn't just rely on the boss for answers
  • Analytical - reflects on mistakes and improves

Compensation & Perks
  • $3,000/month before CPF
