Learn more at scuro.sg.The Role: Studio ManagerWe are looking for a proactive, adaptable, and people-smart Studio Manager to run the daily operations of our neon art studio. This role is not just about managing schedules - it's about leading a team, keeping our studio smooth and joyful, and ensuring every guest leaves with a 5-star experience.Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day studio operations Train, schedule, and supervise staff Handle customer service and resolve issues quickly with a smile Ensure smooth running of parties, events, and walk-in sessions Maintain studio standards, reviews, and customer satisfaction Support admin tasks and studio communications Anticipate problems, propose solutions, and keep the owner updated OutcomeThe studio should be able to self-run smoothly while maintaining 5-star reviews, allowing the founder to step back.What We're Looking ForMust-Haves (non-negotiable): At least 1 year of experience working directly with kids (not just assisting) Previous management or leadership experience in a studio, center, or service environment Able to work Saturdays and public holidays (core studio peak times) Extremely reliable, responsible, and adaptable Strong problem-solving and customer service skills High energy, great with kids, and able to think on your feet Core Qualities: Smart, proactive, and calm under pressure Strong people sense - able to read dynamics and lead naturally Communicative, ethical, and teachable Creative with solutions - doesn't just rely on the boss for answers Analytical - reflects on mistakes and improves Bonus: Canva/basic design skills Passion for kids, art, and building a fun studio culture Compensation & Perks $3,000/month before CPF Minimum 2 year commitment period Discounted art jam sessions & staff bonding events Career growth opportunities in a fast-expanding startup Work in a creative, playful environment with kids and families Be part of shaping a one-of-a-kind art experience in Singapore How to ApplyPlease apply via Indeed or email with: Your resume What's your availability (especially weekend/PH)?
