Job Title: Quality Systems Professional

In charge of implementing and maintaining quality management system standards, environment, health and safety SOPs, and manuals.

  • Ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory oversight for standard operating procedure, quality, and safety manuals, maintenance organization expositions.
  • Certification audits by civil aviation and liaison with assigned CAA principal maintenance inspector for approvals, certifications, and inspections.
  • Conducting internal quality audit, external vendor QMS audits as well as managing vendor qualification into the approved vendor list.
  • Assigning audit conducted by customer.
  • Responsible for quality and safety of assigned workshop.
  • Conducting investigations for incidents and accidents, warranty.
  • Assisting manager in developing, reviewing, improving, and implementing quality and safety management procedures.
  • Attend meetings and other duties delegated by quality manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma in aerospace engineering/engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in QMS in aerospace industry.
  • Qualified auditor required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain quality management system standards and environment, health and safety SOPs and manuals.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory oversight.
  • Certify and inspect facilities according to civil aviation regulations.
  • Conduct internal and external quality audits.
  • Manage vendor qualification and approval.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents.
  • Develop and implement quality and safety management procedures.
