Job Title: Quality Systems Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Systems Specialist to support regional quality operations under a transitional service agreement. The successful candidate will ensure ongoing compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, focusing on warehouse quality management, supplier oversight, and post-market quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warehouse Quality Management
    • Implement and maintain product inspection, release, labeling, and rework processes.
    • Oversee quality holds (local & global), SCARs, and internal complaints.
    • Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) for products across Asia Pacific and Greater China.
    • Ensure compliance with company SOPs at 3PL locations.
  • Supplier Management
    • Maintain and qualify suppliers.
    • Provide quality training and ensure supplier control measures are in place.
  • Post-Market Quality Assurance
    • Manage product complaint handling, field corrective actions, and relevant reporting in APAC.
    • Coordinate with central complaint handling and JDE systems for sample tracking and documentation.
  • Quality Systems & Documentation
    • Generate quality reports and trend analysis.
    • Own and manage NCRs, CAPAs, and PRA activities.
    • Assess ECRs and contribute feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Audit & Training Support
    • Participate in internal/external audits.
    • Maintain training records for compliance.

About the Role:

This is a key position within our organization that requires the ideal candidate to possess a deep understanding of quality systems and regulations. You will be responsible for ensuring that our regional quality operations comply with all applicable regulatory requirements. Your primary focus will be on warehouse quality management, supplier oversight, and post-market quality assurance.

You will be working closely with our team to implement and maintain product inspection, release, labeling, and rework processes. Additionally, you will oversee quality holds, SCARs, and internal complaints, as well as perform First Article Inspections for products across Asia Pacific and Greater China.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as quality assurance or engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in implementing and maintaining quality systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
