Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team as an Aerospace Quality Systems Professional.

">

The successful candidate will have prime responsibility for the design, maintenance, and administration of our Quality System and ensuring that Quality Systems requirements are understood and adhered to by all.

">

Key responsibilities include:

">
  • Designing, maintaining, and administering our Quality System.">
  • Supporting and administering our Safety Management System.">
  • Administering internal quality audit programs, including process, workstation, final product, quality systems, source substantiation processes, and package audits.">
  • Managing our Document Control Center, ensuring all data and records are up-to-date and revisions are distributed to affected personnel.">
  • Preventing the release of non-conforming material from our facility.">
  • Facilitating regulatory and customer audits and working with functions to formulate corrective actions.">
  • Initiating, updating, and maintaining QCWIs and other quality documents as required.">

Requirements:

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • A degree in engineering or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience.">
  • Knowledge of basic engineering and aircraft component repair.">
  • Auditing experience.">
  • Knowledge of Quality Systems/ISO/Part 145 regulation.">
  • Leadership, facilitation, and supervisory skills.">
  • CAAS Air Legislation knowledge.">
  • Basic knowledge of PC software and good communication skills.">
