This position is ideal for an individual with some
basic knowledge
to post-sales, networks / cybersecurity, making it an excellent opportunity for those taking their initial steps in their career journey.This role will report to Technical Manager.******As the Solutions Engineer, you will:*** ****Support calls for L1/L2 troubleshooting* To assist In healthcheck and upgrade for cybersecurity and network devices.* Handle Project Kick off Meeting* Mounting / Relocation of cybersecurity / networks equipment* Configuration of cybersecurity / networks equipment* Migration of cyber security / networks equipment* User Acceptance Test* To draft documentation for project* Proactively managing customer’s expectation* Knowledge
