Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd – Bukit Batok Responsibilities Coordinate / Liaise –Correspond with various agencies to retrieve data and inputs necessary for case resolution. Ensure that responses adhere to organisation guidelines and HR policies. Investigate –Conduct investigation on data inaccuracies in SAP-HR systems to determine root cause and provide advice for rectifications. Liaise with data administrators, system integrators, business process owners, policy makers and ground users to rectify data discrepancies. Analyse –Maintain accurate file logs to support data collation for trend reporting and analysis. Analyse trends based on data collected and propose solutions to reduce frequencies of queries. Identify the downstream impacts for process improvement. Communicate –Provide clear and concise advice and respond to the queries raised via phone call and/or email. Explain elaborate policies in various applicable scenarios. Period 2 years contract (renewable)Location Hillview (walking distance from Cashew MRT)Working hours Mon – Fri: 8am - 5.30pm Up to $3,400Job Requirements 1 year of relevant experience; internship experience will be considered. Individuals with customer service experience will be advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills. Meticulous with keen attention to details, service-oriented, good team player. Able to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel & Word).
