Overview
The Airside Concessions Planning & Leasing team is responsible for enhancing the competitiveness of Changi Airport retail, F&B and services businesses and make Changi Airport a leading duty-free shopping destination acclaimed for innovation and exceptional shopping experience. The team strives to continuously improve and enhance the retail mix in our Transit Malls, market all the available outlets, as well as execute terminal development and enhancement projects.
Responsibilities
Lead a team to manage the planning & leasing for a portfolio of airside concession categories
Lead or be involved in projects such as asset enhancement and business analysis
Report to General Manager / Vice President and, where applicable, directly manage some concessions
Develop leasing strategies and plans
Market concession spaces
Cultivate relationships with tenants and prospects
Execute leasing exercises and manage lease negotiations
Analyse and evaluate proposals
Present to and obtain approvals from Management
Job Requirements
Good Degree from reputable universities, preferably in Accountancy/Business/Economics/Finance
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modelling techniques
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Keen eye for detail, driven, resourceful, analytical and assertive
Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player
Passion for and interest in retail and F&B
Candidates with leadership experience and/or leasing experience are preferred
