Overview Join to apply for the Community Care Associate role at Ren Ci Hospital . Location: Ang Mo Kio Posting Date: 12 Sept 2025Responsibilities To facilitate and support all aspects of clients' activity of daily living (ADLs), taking into consideration of individual preferences. Meal and tea break preparation and serving. Assist client in oral feeding. Assist client in personal hygiene activities for example toileting, diaper changing, emptying urinary catheter / stoma bag, grooming and showering. Delivery of NGT/ PEG feeding. Perform medication assistance. Monitor, and record of temperature, pulse and blood pressure and report any abnormalities to staff nurse or therapist. Cognitive and behavioural monitoring and interventions. Simple wound care management under the supervision of staff nurse. To assist nurses or therapist to provide routine care for clients and to improve clients’ quality of life. To support planning and implementation of daily programme at the day care. To report and escalate any client or staff related adverse incidents (e.g. falls, injuries, pressure ulcers, medication errors). To support any other non-clinical related tasks necessary for the daily operations of the day. Qualifications Working in a geriatric set up, long term care or nursing home set up will be an advantage but not necessary. Able to multi task and work in a stressful environment. Able to maintain the honour, interest and dignity of the institution or organisation. Able to serve those clients in need, regardless of race, nationality, religious or social status. Compassionate and able to relate well with the sick patients of the organisation. Caring, understanding, patient, empathetic and a good team player. Cooperate with all colleagues towards the total health care of the community.
