Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end securities settlement process, including clearing, fund transfers, and position delivery. Ensure settlements are accurate, timely, and compliant with Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and Singapore Exchange (SGX) regulations. Oversee client funds and accounts, performing reconciliation and resolving discrepancies promptly. Handle inquiries from clients, internal teams, and external counterparties to support seamless operations. Monitor settlement systems to ensure operational efficiency and data integrity. Collaborate with technology and compliance teams to enhance settlement processes and systems for improved efficiency and risk control. Prepare daily and monthly settlement reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory purposes. Support system user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate system fixes or enhancements. Assist in ad hoc projects related to operational improvements or regulatory compliance. Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. Minimum of 5 years of experience in securities settlement or operations. Strong knowledge of settlement systems and regulatory requirements; experience with SWIFT, SGX, or Euroclear systems is highly preferred. Fluency in English and Mandarin, with excellent communication and coordination skills. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Familiarity with risk management and process optimization in financial operations. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
