Primarily responsible in the accurate and timely processing of different types of security transfers. Supports initiatives and projects of the unit. Ensure customer transfer request are processed accurately and within agreed SLA. 2. Close monitoring and timely follow up on the pending transactions. 3. Ensure security transfer request are settled promptly. 4. To provide good customer service to both internal and external customers. Job Duties & responsibilities (List the principal duties. Use concise statements that provide a clear understanding of the level of responsibility, complexity, creativity and analysis performed in this position.) 1. Process different types of transfer covering equities, fixed income, funds and digital assets 2. Liaise with different parties such as CDP, front office and external third parties for security transfer 3. Liaise with front office and custodian to ensure smooth settlement transfer 4. Ensure all cash and securities breaks are promptly investigated and follow up 5. Ensure all transfers instructions are processed in accordance the Bank’s operating guidelines and compliance to market requirements 6. Handle security transfers queries from FO and other stakeholders 7. Assist in and lead ad-hoc projects on behalf of team. Work with project stakeholders in ensuring timely implementation 8. Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time 9. Provide support to team leader as and when required Required Experience (Indicate nature and extent of work experience including minimum number of years required.) - Diploma/Degree holder with minimum 3 years relevant working experience in Asset transfer - Able to multi-task, self-motivated with good interpersonal skill - Meticulous, alert & have an eye for figures & details. - Able to work as a team. - Able to handle multi-tasks. - Able to work under pressure & work beyond working hours when transaction volume is high. - Proficient in MS Word & Excel
