Singapore MANDIRI SECURITIES PTE. LTD. Full time

Process trade confirmations and settlements (experience in using Clearstream’s web portal for operational and settlement matters known as “XACT” will be added advantage);
- Liase with custodians, counterparties, front office to resolve trade disputes and discrepancies for timely settlements;
- Perform reconciliations of securities holdings and communicate/resolve issues;
- Assist with SOP writing of operations workflows, settlement procedures and systems;
- Liase with accounting and finance to ensure accuracy of position reporting;
- Works with Compliance team to ensure compliance with financial regulatory requirements, internal risk framework and best market practices;
- Assist sales with documentation for onboarding of new and existing counterparties; and
- Undertake any special process enhancement projects as required.

**Job Requirements**:

- Knowledge and experienced in using XACT and SWIFT will be added advantage.
- Three to Five years of settlement experience.
- Knowledge in fixed income securities/bonds features.
- Self-motivational and excellent communication skills.
