Job Summary:
The Globalize Portfolio Director will report to the Globalize Client Portfolio and Delivery Director and be responsible for developing and implementing a Globalize Post Production Platform strategy for an assigned client portfolio.
It is essential that the Globalize Portfolio Director has experience of working with international clients and be sensitive to different cultural norms. The post holder needs experience of managing multiple client programs, which should include experience of creating annual plans, setting targets, demonstrating impact and reporting on progress. This position will require excellent oral and written communication skills and strong attention to detail. Post holders will need to demonstrate experience of engaging people both through in person and online initiatives. This position requires the ability to develop a positive rapport with individuals, work very collaboratively, demonstrate strong influencing skills and the ability to work with and inspire clients and colleagues at all levels; the person will need to manage sensitive relationships at times. An outstanding approach to identifying and delivering on client needs is essential. The Globalize Portfolio Director will need to have good program management skills, and the ability to prioritise and demonstrate a high degree of flexibility. The post-holder will be expected to understand the overall strategic objectives of the Globalize 2.0 agenda and how this role contributes to the achievement of these objectives.
Responsibilities
Aligned with the Globalize strategy, set out the strategy and objectives for organic and inorganic growth within the assigned Portfolio
Be commercially aware and data-driven, thinking creatively where needed and have a good understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of different offerings
Take global responsibility for the financial performance of the portfolio, its growth and profitability; set and monitor KPIs across the delivery process to ensure continuous improvement and optimal performance, with technology at the forefront of the offering
Ensure smooth daily operations across multiple functions and regions
Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve company goals
Ensure operations comply with legal, health, safety, and regulatory requirements
Identify and address operational risks within the portfolio
Implement measures to safeguard assets, reputation, and operational integrity
Monitor and evaluate the performance of portfolio operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards
Identify and implement strategies for cost optimization, project margins improvement, increased internal utilization, and risk mitigation for the portfolio
Drive optimization changes in the portfolio to improve operational efficiency, quality, service and profitability
Partner with the Globalize POSI team and Client Partners in Global Sales to identify and deliver growth opportunities and revenue retention strategies within the portfolio
Constantly monitor and meet profitability and internal utilization KPIs
Ensure KPIs are defined and met by reporting teams
Lead strategies to improve Employee Retention, Engagement and Satisfaction
Contribute to improvement of customers' satisfaction
Ensure Correction and Preventive Action processes are triggered and followed through until client complaint resolution is achieved
Serve as the clients' and production teams' senior escalation point for the owned portfolio
Ensure optimal team performance and implement performance strategies as needed
Ensure teams follow all company policies
Collaborate with the Globalize Financial and Commercial Performance Director on topics related to commercial and financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting
Coordinate and agree client pricing strategies with the Globalize POSI Director
Contribute to Globalize Transformation initiatives and projects in line with the Globalize 3.0 agenda
Requirements
10+ years of experience in client/professional services environments in multi-million dollar portfolios across Gaming/Tech/Entertainment industries
10+ years of experience managing large globally diverse teams in a matrix management environment
Preferably educated to Degree level
Experience in the Games industry is an advantage
Excellent English written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Any Asian languages would be a plus
