Portfolio & Project Planner - EPC & SAP Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide expertise in cross-business portfolio, program, and project management. The role requires developing and implementing global management guidelines, analyzing performance across portfolios, and guiding senior leadership in the efficient use of project management tools.

  • Develop and implement cross-BU global Portfolio/Program/Project Management guidelines, processes, and tools aligned with international standards (ISO, ICB)
  • Analyze and benchmark global and regional portfolios, programs, and projects using standardized performance indicators (SPI, CPI, NCC)
  • Escalate portfolio issues to relevant committees as required
  • Collect, analyze, and distribute lessons learned to drive continuous improvement in portfolio performance
  • Guide senior leadership in effective use of project management tools and tailor reporting for stakeholders
  • Serve as a key user supporting Program and Project Managers on project management systems

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's/Diploma degree in a relevant field
  • 4+ years of experience as a Program/Project Manager, ideally in an EPC environment
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in SAP landscape (PPM, BW, SAC, CEC)
  • Proven knowledge of Portfolio/Program/Project Management (e.g., IPMA certification)
  • Strong expertise in process management and KPI systems
  • Proficiency in English with exceptional communication skills (senior leadership & working-level)
  • Understanding of Asian cultures and business practices
  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work in diverse, global teams
