About the Role

  • Leadership Support: Provide guidance to leadership on people-related matters and facilitate open communication throughout the organization.
  • Culture Ambassador: Organize regular company-wide meetings to promote transparency between leaders and employees.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience & Expertise: 5+ years of HR experience combining operational knowledge with strategic thinking in Singapore's tech sector.
  • Compliance & Frameworks: Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws, HR operations, and frameworks to design practices that are compliant and impactful.
  • Approachability & Trustworthiness: Recognized for approachability, confidentiality, and dependability, with a pragmatic yet strategic mindset.
  • Continuous Learning & Growth: Thrives in dynamic environments, with a passion for continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and building open cultures.
