Senior Executive, Corporate Development

A well-established healthcare organization is seeking a
Senior Executive
to support corporate planning, performance management, and workspace coordination. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and ensure smooth operations.
Location: West (Near MRT)
Full-Time / Permanent
Working hours: Monday - Friday, Office Hours
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Planning & Development:
Assist in reviewing strategic workplan priorities in response to evolving healthcare policies.
Coordinate and prepare annual workplans and financial budgets.
Develop presentation materials for corporate strategy, workplans, and budget discussions.
Provide secretariat support, including minute-taking and coordinating strategic meetings.
Oversee and maintain the corporate calendar of events and key meetings.
Performance Management:
Track and facilitate reporting of key work targets and initiatives.
Monitor corporate KPIs and support discussions to align stakeholder expectations.
Space & Office Management:
Coordinate workspace planning and office seating arrangements for departments.
Other Responsibilities:
Organize town halls and staff engagement activities to foster team collaboration.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with strong communication and writing skills.
At least
3 years of experience
in corporate planning or administration.
Ability to
multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment .
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Experience in
secretariat work or the healthcare sector
is an advantage.
