Role Summary
You will be responsible for delivering robust and efficient semiconductor manufacturing processes with data-driven analytics and systemic problem-solving skills in the Diffusion (Furnace / Implant) module.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing, optimizing, and maintaining smooth daily manufacturing operations and problem-solving issues for diffusion process promptly.
  • Work closely with process engineers to monitor manufacturing processes to scale up capacity swiftly and maintain quality and urgency.
  • Continuously improve process stability and capability, enhance quality, reliability, yield, productivity, and safety standards.
  • Assist in conducting experiments, analyzing complex datasets, and deriving actionable insights to optimize manufacturing processes and precise controls.
  • Support the analysis of production anomalies and maintain/improve statistical process control (SPC) methods to establish and uphold robust manufacturing processes.

Education & Essential Experiences

  • A Diploma or higher in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related STEM field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Process Engineer, possessing in-depth knowledge.
  • Experience working in a 12" (300mm) fab would be advantageous.
  • Opportunity to travel to Taiwan for training (subject to needs and expectations).
