Job Title: CyberArk Administrator

Protect and manage privileged accounts across the enterprise with our Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer PAM suite, including PAS, CPM, PVWA, PSM, Vault, and DR Vault.
  • Implement, configure, and maintain PAM components and integrations in on-prem and cloud environments.
  • Onboard, manage, and monitor privileged accounts for infrastructure, applications, and services.
  • Manage and troubleshoot PAM issues, incidents, and service requests.
  • Regularly review and update policies, access controls, and safe structures.
  • Perform vault backup, restoration, disaster recovery testing, and version upgrades.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate PAM with enterprise systems.
  • Monitor logs, reports, and alerts for anomalies or unauthorized activities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and diagrams for configurations and processes.
  • Train and support internal stakeholders in PAM usage and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience administering PAM in a large enterprise environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of PAM principles, credential management, and privileged session recording.
  • Experience with PAM APIs and automation/scripting (PowerShell, REST API).
  • Understanding of Active Directory, LDAP, and Kerberos authentication mechanisms.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • PAM certification is a strong plus.
  • CISSP, CISM, or other security-related certifications.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
