**Responsibilities**:
The Analyst role supports the User Access Control Lead, Identity and Access Management (IAM) team to ensure that key activities in the department relating to Privileged ID control and governance are delivered to mitigate IT risk to MUFG Bank across Asia Pacific region. This position is to provide support to the deliverance of strategic objective in the access control domain and ensures alignment with the overall global access management directive.

**Privileged Access Control Functions**
- Ensure Privileged ID management is in accordance with global IAM policy, regulatory guidelines, established standards and procedures.
- Support regional Privileged Access Management (PAM) strategy and roadmap to serve as gatekeepers on controls of Privileged ID (PID) life cycle management
- Continuously enhance detective control to prevent any unauthorized access using privileged accounts.
- Partake in reviews, performing gap analysis and identifying opportunities to streamline and automate privileged access control for the region to ensure that the design controls are effective and efficient.
- Support to manage and perform risk assessment for new system on-boarding and system enhancement to ensure relevant security controls (preventive, detective, mitigation) in privileged access control, audit trail and security log monitoring related to privileged access requirements are incorporated into new/enhance systems prior to system rollout.
- Support to regional IAM and PAM projects and initiatives to ensure the objectives and capability are delivered within scope, and on time.
- Support and promote adoption of regional toolset, standards, and processes for privileged access management in APAC region as part of a team.
- Provides support for both internal and external audit inspection activities, draft responses as required from the local authorities, second or third line of defences.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-4 years of experience and work experiences in PAM domain and compliance regulation field, such as MAS TRMG.
- Hands-on experience with Privileged ID life cycle management (authentication, authorization, provisioning, de-provisioning and recertification) and monitoring.
- Experience with Privileged access monitoring solutions
- Good understanding of audit and compliance requirements.
- Experience and knowledge in Enterprise Identity Directory System (AD Directory Services, ADFS, Azure AD & etc.) and familiar with Authentication and Authorization protocols (LDAP, Kerboros, SAML & etc.)
- Hands-on experience with PAM solutions such as Cyberark & etc.
- Experience with Privileged access monitoring solutions such as Splunk will be added advantage.
- Prior experience or exposure to the banking or finance industry, with good understanding of corporate banking products, services and processes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate with Head Office, regional and branch offices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, pay attention to detail and ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment.
- Willing to take on new tasks and initiatives to contribute towards continuous improvement.
