Roles & Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Design and develop intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing ServiceNow interfaces
  • Customize ServiceNow portals, dashboards, and forms with a focus on usability and accessibility
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into user-centric designs
  • Develop UI components using ServiceNow's UI Builder, Service Portal, and other frameworks
  • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and user experience best practices
  • Support troubleshooting, testing, and enhancements for existing ServiceNow applications

What We're Looking For:

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, Design, or related field
  • At leat 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, with strong focus on UI/UX
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ServiceNow UI technologies (Service Portal, UI Builder, Now Experience)
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles, wireframing, and responsive design
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail
