Assistant Manager/Manager, Partnerships Activation

Description Overview This role is hired under Mandai X, the growth accelerator and venture building arm of Mandai Wildlife Group. You will own the end-to-end activation implementation process—from procurement and vendor onboarding to logistics, on-ground execution, and post-campaign reporting. You’ll ensure every launch runs smoothly, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and monitor budgets, timelines, and quality.Additionally, you will support product testing, gather feedback, and translate insights into improvements that enhance the customer and partner experience. With a mix of project management, cross-functional operations know-how, and attention to detail, you’ll help optimize workflows, ensure brand consistency, and drive impact across every activation. Experience with brand IP licensing is a plus.Responsibilities Process and activation managementProcurement and logistics support — initiate end-to-end procurement, lead partner onboarding and vendor creation/registration, manage delivery to and from warehouses, storage of merchandise, recruit, manage and train on-ground part-timers, track expenses per partner location including invoicing and post-campaign reportingOptimization workflow — develop and update operations playbooks, ensure all collaterals adhere to brand guides, manage visual merchandising layouts to maximize purchase conversionsProject manage implementation through launch — set milestones, conduct check-ins, coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teamsSet up Contentful for each partner location and update content as neededDevelop operations/retail briefs for on-ground implementations and create FAQs for activationsUser journey and operations guidance for activations — product development support, test product features for partner launches, collate feedback into actionable items, support reporting and dashboards for product KPIs and OKRsSupport reporting of total revenue and SDIC metrics; maintain dashboards for product KPIs and experience metrics (CSAT, NPS)Qualifications Degree in Business, Product Design, or a related fieldStrong knowledge of events and product development processesExcellent project management and organisational skills; ability to handle multiple priorities; strong interpersonal and negotiation skills5–8 years of experience in planning and executing events or activations from concept to completionExperience in startups, scale-ups, or early-stage ventures with comfort handling limited resources and incomplete information; ability to pivot quickly while driving progress; resilient in fast-changing environmentsExperience balancing creative design ambitions with operational executionKnowledge of visual merchandising and creating engaging event/retail setupsFamiliarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com) and milestone trackingExperience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, ops, product, creative) to deliver seamless eventsExposure to customer experience measurement (CSAT, NPS, or similar tools)Experience drafting event briefs, FAQs, and user journey guides for smooth executionFamiliarity with CMS tools (like Contentful) and basic data analytics or dashboardingSeniority level Mid-Senior levelEmployment type ContractJob function AdministrativeIndustries Travel ArrangementsReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Mandai Wildlife Group.
