Credit Control Assistant

Job Summary:

This role involves assisting in the collection of outstanding debts from customers via various means.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Following up on all aging debts from customers to ensure timely payments.
  • Coordinating with internal and external debt collectors to resolve outstanding payments efficiently.
  • Preparing and generating AR statements, as well as analyzing AR aging data for compliance purposes.
  • Monitoring credit limits for customers and reporting delinquent accounts to management for necessary action.
  • Responsible for AR billing and invoice validation processes to maintain accuracy.
  • Ensuring that invoices are raised correctly through thorough checking and assurance.
  • Performing other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by management to support business operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' level or Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel is a must for this position.
