This means investing in talent, technologies, and tools that empower you to own your career.Join MUFG, where being inspired is expected and making a meaningful impact is rewarded.* Identify changes in regulations which may impact Global Markets’ compliance policies and procedures* Identify potential risks and propose compliance controls to manage and mitigate risks to provide advisory and support to global market business.* Ensure proper documentation and updating of compliance policies and procedures and provide training on new regulations and policies* First point of contact for internal, external auditors and regulators.* Reporting to HO on status of market compliance initiatives* Implementation of Head Office rules and controls* Review AGMD departments’ activities to identify methods to improve regulatory compliance and propose recommendations**Job Requirements:*** Minimum Bachelor Degree* **For Associate level:** Minimum 3 years of working experience in market compliance* **For Vice President level:** Minimum 5 years of working experience in market compliance* Minimum 5 years of experience working in the financial sector* Strong understanding of market dynamics and global financial markets* Possesses solid knowledge of market trends and developments, with experience in global financial markets* Strong knowledge in both local and international/extra-territorial regulations* Ability to manage stakeholders and provide advisory to support departments in Global Markets* Familiar with Global Markets products and services* Strong communication skills with ability to influence others and embed frameworks, processes, and recommendations.* Proficient with Microsoft 365.*We regret to inform that only shortlisted applicants will be notified.*Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) is an equal opportunity employer.
