Construction Cost Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop accurate cost estimates and budgets for ongoing projects.
- Evaluate and manage project budgets throughout the lifecycle.
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure cost efficiency.
- Conduct site measurements and valuations to support progress claims and variation orders.
- Prepare final accounts and ensure all contractual and financial documentation is up-to-date.
- Collaborate with the project team to achieve cost efficiency and timeline adherence.
Requirements:
- Hold a Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Possess at least 2 years of relevant experience in the construction or renovation industry in Singapore.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying software, such as CostX.
- Exhibit strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Speak fluent English.
