Job Description

The Database Development Manager will lead the construction and improvement of CMMS databases for new projects.

Responsibilities include providing early project advice to ensure compliance with contractual/specification functionality and business objectives, as well as coordinating data information requirements with EPCI groups, project managers, and clients.

Additionally, this role involves serving as the main point of contact on CMMS database development and remediation, meeting with project groups in relation to data acquisition and delivery to the build team.

Key responsibilities also include ensuring CMMS database handover acceptance as per agreed specifications and functionality with clients, guiding data base build team members in following project specification standards, uploading and vetting quality of final data to be included in the CMMS as per project specification, and implementing monthly reports on the status of all databases under construction.

This position is also responsible for identifying and implementing improvements and modifications to existing MODEC standard systems at Operational Business Unit Level.
