Regional Human Resources Manager We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Human Resources Manager to join a leading medical company, established in 2000, with headquarters in Singapore. The company is renowned for its innovative medical solutions and cutting-edge healthcare products, serving a diverse market across Asia. As the Regional HR Manager , you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the Human Resources function across eight countries, ensuring that HR strategies align with both local and regional business objectives. Key Responsibilities Regional HR Leadership: Lead and manage the HR operations across eight countries in Asia, ensuring that HR strategies are consistent and aligned with the overall business goals of the company. Talent Management & Development: Oversee the recruitment, development, and retention of talent across the region, implementing programs that support career growth and professional development. Compliance & Labour Law: Ensure that HR practices are compliant with local employment laws and regulations in each country, with a particular focus on maintaining consistency across the region while adhering to each country’s legal requirements. Compensation & Benefits: Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits packages that are aligned with the company’s goals and tailored to the unique needs of each market. Employee Relations: Foster a positive working environment by addressing employee grievances, managing conflicts, and ensuring engagement strategies are in place to enhance employee satisfaction and performance. Performance Management: Implement and oversee a regional performance management system, ensuring that employees are evaluated fairly and consistently across all locations. HR Systems & Data Management: Manage and optimise the use of HRIS systems for efficiency and data accuracy. Ensure HR data is consistently reported and aligned with regional needs. Cultural Integration: Work closely with local teams to promote cultural understanding and ensure that HR policies are sensitive to the cultural diversity across the region. Learning & Development: Oversee the creation and implementation of training programs across the region, ensuring that employees have access to continuous learning and leadership development opportunities. Succession Planning: Work with senior leadership to develop and implement succession plans for key roles in the organisation, ensuring long-term business continuity. Requirements A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 10-15 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on managing HR functions across multiple countries in the Asia region. Extensive knowledge of regional employment laws, with proven experience in navigating complex compliance issues across different markets. Proven track record of implementing HR strategies that align with both local and regional business objectives. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with fluency in English. Additional language skills (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa) are an advantage. Experience in the medical, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries is preferred. Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to lead a diverse and geographically dispersed team. Ability to travel regionally (approximately 20-30 travel days per year).
