The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the Philippines, including government agencies, financial institutions, and local partners. You will also play a critical role in driving growth and revenue for iSend in this market, by developing and executing on strategies to increase market share, enhance the customer experience, and improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Developing and executing business strategies to increase market share and revenue growth in the Philippines.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, financial institutions, and other partners.
Representing iSend in the Philippines, attending events and conferences, and promoting our brand.
Providing outstanding customer service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including operations, compliance, and technology, to ensure smooth and efficient remittance services.
Analyzing market trends and customer feedback to continuously improve iSend's offerings in the Philippines.
Requirements:
A Masters degree in business, finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development and relationship management, particularly in the financial services industry.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
A deep understanding of the Philippine market and regulatory landscape.
A track record of success in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Must be a resident of Singapore.
Must have a work permit in Singapore.
