Job Summary: Patient Liaison Executive Location: Kent Ridge, Singapore (West Region)Work Hours: Office Hours (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM)Flexibility required for occasional weekend coverage during VIP/VVIP visits Type: Full-Time Status: Actively Reviewing – New Position Qualifications & Experience Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Other related fields Experience: Minimum 5 years in client-facing roles, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or premium service environments Salary Range: SGD 3,000 – 4,200Key Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison for VVIP, VIP, and CIP patients, ensuring a seamless and personalized care journey Provide concierge-level service from pre-admission to post-discharge Coordinate and manage: Medical appointments, procedures, admissions, and follow-ups Logistics including scheduling, transport, documentation, and real-time communication Handle confidential patient information with utmost discretion Respond to inquiries via email and phone, including those from general practitioners (GPs)Support with treatment cost estimates, billing, and insurance matters Maintain communication with referring GPs regarding patient outcomes and services Work staggered hours, including weekends, based on client needs Skills & Attributes Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)Strong written communication for professional correspondence High emotional intelligence and discretion in handling sensitive situations Cultural competence and sensitivity when working with international clientele Excellent multitasking and time management abilities Applicants who possess relevant experience for the above responsibilities are most welcome to apply.
