Medical Concierge Executive

Reporting to the Director of Business Development, the Medical Concierge Executive is to provide coordination and administrative support to the organisation’s medical concierge business.
**PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
To respond to request for services, appointments, information in a timely, responsible and professional manner.
**SECONDARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Handles enquiries from medical concierge companies for outpatient and inpatient appointments.
- Liaises with Bed Management, OT, PSC, OPD for availability and to inform the medical concierge companies / insurance agents accordingly on the availability.
- Advises on the appropriate doctor based on the needs and/or insurance panel (if any).
- Updates medical concierge and agents of any new services, change in service or price revisions.
- Responds to feedback or complaints from medical concierge companies or agents.
- Escalates any service delivery issues to Management as needed.
- Inputs necessary information into the Concierge tracking sheet and ensures accuracy in information.
- Any other duties as assigned by your Supervisor from time to time.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimal O levels.
- Experience in concierge services, customer relations, sales, admin, or in the medical industry (eg hospitals, private healthcare practices) is highly preferred.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, scheduling, and logistics with precision.
