General Description:
Develop and drive sales of specialty ingredients, pharma actives, and food additives across cosmeceutical, personal care, health, and nutraceutical industries for KOPL's Singapore and Asia Pacific markets, including outsourced/trading products.
Prepare, implement, and achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) sales revenue targets on a monthly and yearly basis.
Lead AOP preparation, budget planning, pricing strategy, and performance monitoring for Singapore and Asia Pacific regions.
Build and expand customer base and distributor networks across Southeast Asia and the broader APAC market; provide marketing, technical, and commercial support to key accounts.
Conduct regular client meetings, update CRM records, strengthen customer relationships, and represent KOPL at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows across the Asia Pacific region.
Manage CRM database diligently, track competitor intelligence, conduct market research, and forecast sales; review CRM performance with cross-functional teams.
