Head of Online Marketing

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated and hands-on Head of Online Marketing to push our Marketing activities to the next level. You will be responsible for scaling up our user acquisition strategies , with positive unit economics and profitability always in mind. You will work closely with the Founder and CEO of StyleTribute, helping the company to reach its next stage of growth. Responsibilities Paid Channels Manage daily operations of all active Paid Channels (SEM, FB Ads, GDN, Retargeting) Scale and allocate marketing budget efficiently across paid channels, aiming to lower overall CAC Organic Channels Email MarketingOptimize existing EDM campaigns through rigorous A/B testing Develop automated email campaigns (DRIP campaigns) to increase retention and LTV SEOProvide technical guidance for onsite SEO improvements and ensure future developments are SEO compliant Implement offsite white-hat link building strategies to enhance domain authority Onsite Marketing Gather customer insights to identify website improvements Design and run A/B tests to improve conversion rates Data Analysis Regular analysis of channel and country performance for dynamic budget allocation Monthly cohort analysis of markets and acquisition channels Identify and fix data tracking issues Project & Team Management Oversee social media manager and graphic designer Collaborate with tech team on new marketing tools, tracking, and SEO enhancements Requirements Minimum 2-3 years experience in performance marketing, preferably in eCommerce startups Hands-on experience with channels and activities mentioned above, with practical and theoretical knowledge Basic understanding of CSS, HTML, Javascript, and W3C standards Expertise in Web Analytics platforms, primarily GA Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience Ability to work independently with high proactivity Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder management Positive, can-do attitude and driven mindset Passion for online marketing and startups Benefits Lead a core function within the company Collaborate directly with the CEO on growth strategies Impact the company's long-term success Opportunities for long-term growth in an ambitious, investor-backed company Gain top-notch marketing experience in emerging markets Work permit sponsorship for expatriates Flexible working hours and environment Competitive salary Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Marketing and Sales Industries Apparel & Fashion #J-18808-Ljbffr
