Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the daily operations of a stall, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Responsible for setting up and closing the stall, managing inventory, supervising food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
  • Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and supervise staff to maintain operational standards, assign tasks, schedule shifts, and monitor performance.
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensure a pleasant experience, and manage wait times.
  • Financial Management: Handle cash flow, sales records, prepare end-of-day reports, monitor sales targets, and strategize to increase revenue.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and licensing regulations, conduct routine checks, and maintain records of inspections and certifications.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Implement marketing strategies to attract customers, maintain the stall's visual appeal, and engage with customers to promote new products or services.
  • Problem-Solving: Address operational challenges, handle emergency situations, and identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record in operational management and staff supervision.
  • Familiarity with financial management software.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
