Job Description

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Cluster Marketing Manager to lead our multi-locationmarketing endeavors. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting strategic marketing plans,driving brand awareness, and acquiring customers in each cluster.

What you’ll do:

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the local marketing team across different countries to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives anddrive business growth.
  • Local Marketing Execution: Oversee and help assist the implementation of local marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.Ensure consistency in messaging and brand identity.
  • Regional Partnership Management: Take ownership of forming and managing regional strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including restaurants, hospitality partners,and other relevant organizations.
  • Campaign Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and partnerships. Continuously optimize strategies based on performancemetrics and market trends.
  • Budget Management: Responsible for managing local marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources for maximum impact.

Requirements

What you’ll need:

  • 5+ years of experience working in a startup, management consulting or top FMCGcompanies
  • Strong track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Ability to lead the team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising channels.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-backed decisions.
